MobileWebsiteWatch is a site that is managed by those dedicated to the pursuit of best practices in mobile web optimization. We believe that soon the penetration of mobile web enabled phones will be as ubiquitous as the cell phone itself and that the need for web sites to offer mobile friendly content and functionality today is paramount.

Ben started this web site as a pet side project (which speaks to the highly amateur nature of its presentation) and writes most, if not all, of the posts to keep a public journal of what’s going on in the world of mobile web as it relates to the eventuality of virtually all web sites offering an optimized version fro mobile devices. Ben is a seasoned expert in the mobile web field and is an executive in the Business Development department at Usablenet, a global company based in New York that provides dynamic, real time mobile web optimization of any and all functionality on web sites to a wide variety of companies including American Airlines, Hilton Hotels, Sears, Pfizer, Nissan, Victoria’s Secret, AT&T and many others.
